HED is interested in teaming arrangements with a variety of companies, regardless of whether we
are in the same industry or in a related industry. Our philosophy is that the more networking
that occurs between various firms, the more referrals and business can be generated.
Even if we are in related industries it would be a mistake to think that we are in direct
competition with one another. The world of outsourced engineering is large and benefits
from communication between various firms to supply the best solution to any particular
